Who We Are

EGC — your “personal builder”

From modest beginnings, EGC has grown into a building company of national prominence. Ray and Nancy Beil have committed a lifetime to learn what makes a home special. Along with the talents of the craftsmen and project teams at EGC, our homes are built for life-long satisfaction.

Our successful developments include Riva Ridge Manor Homes and Saunders Lane Estate Homes in Triple Crown Country Club, Fairway Crossings at Highland Country Club, Rio Vista Homes in Ft. Thomas, and Kearney Court Manor Homes in Lakeside Park, Kentucky. Combined with our custom building projects for individual clients, EGC creates beautiful homes that are as unique as each of our clients.

Not only does our firm build homes for better living, the owners and employees at EGC are committed to building a better community too. Some examples of EGC’s contribution to our “community” include:

President Ray Beil is a Life Director and Life Spike with the National Association of Home Builders. He has been awarded membership in the Kentucky Home Builders Hall of Fame and has served as President of the state association and local association. He received “Builder of the Year” award twice. Ray served the community as a city councilman, member of the planning commission and has recently served as President of the SouthBank Partners organization, taking the lead in re-invigorating the river cities of Dayton, Bellevue, Newport and Covington.

Employees of EGC are active in the Covington Rotary, Chamber of Commerce (in multiple cities), Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, several Boards and numerous other community organizations. Our firm is an active sponsor of events such as the National Conference for Community and Justice, Wood Hudson Cancer Research Laboratory, and other social service entities in the region.
